Start your day with yoga exercises that refresh your body and mind. The main theme of the morning lessons will be our spine. We discover that simple yoga sequences and positions bring our spine relaxed and strengthened, and our pelvis and shoulders will also feel good. The exercise will be based on the principles of yoga therapy, natural movement and playful yoga. Lessons are open to beginners (previous experience with yoga is not needed) and advanced. - price for lesson CZK 150 (valid on the spot) - a pair of exercise mats to borrow on site, better bring your own - in case of good weather, the lessons will be outdoors, in the case of rain, they are practicing in the music hall - no need to report at the lesson, just arrive on time - lessons are held in the Karlín Barracks area - The venue open 15 minutes before the lesson.
