A good-natured young man from the countryside, František Koudelka, moves to Prague to start a new life. Before he leaves, he picks up a computer-generated "conditiogram" — a chart that predicts whether each day of his life will be lucky or unlucky — and decides to trust it completely, with increasingly absurd results. Along the way he crosses paths with a suspicious psychiatrist convinced something is off about him. A beloved piece of Czech comedy from director Oldřich Lipský, blending gentle satire with slapstick charm.
